What is IntraCel RF?

The IntraCel RF is a FDA approved device precisely delivers radiofrequency (RF) energy to selective skin depths. Employing 49 insulated micro-needles, IntraCel is effective in treating fine lines, wrinkles, acne, laxity, stretch marks, scars, and for stimulating collagen production.

What is the discomfort and downtime associate with IntraCel RF treatment?

While tolerance varies depending on type of treatment and person, the IntraCel RF treatment is generally well tolerated. To further ensure comfort and safety, IntraCel employs an insertion mechanism and patented insulated micro-needles optimized to deliver energy to target while minimizing discomfort. This results in faster recovery with minimal to no downtime. Topical numbing cream is all one needs prior to this treatment. At Renew, we also use Zimmer Cooling system during treatment to help with discomfort.

How many treatments do I need to see results from IntraCel treatments and When do I begin to see results?

Typically three IntraCel RF treatments are needed to show significant results even if some results may be visible after one treatment. Improvements are typically noticeable 6-8 weeks after treatment, however the number of treatments and results vary depending on your skin and general health condition.
